5 Step Process to Refine the Scope and Role of Masonic Education in Kapiti-Wellington District

1.  Today's meeting - understand who is responsible for what / who is accountable for what

2. Agree a questionnaire to go to ALL brethren in District 19 canvassing views on Education and they would like to receive it

3. Review responses and devise a pilot event that reflects the desire of the brethren

4. Run the pilot session

5. Review, modify if necessary, optionally make available for other Districts in the Division
My vision is to have the Nat Ed Committee, Grand Lecturer, District Education Officers, Lodge Education Officers and RLW working in perfect harmony - each understanding where they fit and how they contribute to the whole. Everyone playing in position.
