Great news great news. Thanks to the help and efforts of WBro Russell Pratt, arguably the man who does more for Freemasonry than most would think would be humanly possible, the 2015 calendars are now good to go.
Responding to feedback from 2014, Russell has also prepared a desk calendar in a foldable triangle format. I've got one and its great!
Anyway - order yours today here.
In the spirit of fraternal relations, WBro Barrie French, Master of United Masteron No 19 has kindly invited the District Grand Master of the Ruapheu District - VWBro David Johnson to perform the installation ceremony on the 14th April 2015.
VWBro David, along with many Grand Lodge Officers of his district will travel to Masterton and perform the installation ceremony for Masterton's new Master - WBro Drysdale . They will be offically received by myself and brethren of the Hutt Wairapapa District and I'm very much looking forward to receiving them in due form.
On a slightly overcast Sunday afternoon the team from Waihenga St Johns No 37 took to the field at the District 19 and 21 Claybird Shoot.
Although down on numbers from prevous years (perhaps some weather confusion?), the talent of the Waihenga brethren and friends was just too much for the other teams and took the trophy back to the lodge rooms.
It can be challenged once again in March next year where I have no doubt Team Waihenga will want to retain the title.
Well done to everyone who was involved!
