LEXICON OF FREEMASONRY
A lexicon is the vocabulary of a person, language, or branch of knowledge (such as military or masonic). In linguistics, a lexicon is a language's inventory of lexemes. The word "lexicon" derives from the Greek word 'lexicos' meaning "of or for words".
So a Lexicon of Freemasonry, therefore, contains most of the unique words and sayings practiced in the three degrees and provides a modern day translation or definition. Click on the picture at left to view the Lexicon.

My aim in presenting the following paper on the point within a circle is two fold: first hopefully, to inform on something you didn’t know before, secondly to reactivate some things you did know previously and inspire further consideration of that/those topics in your daily lives.

2014 KELLERMAN LECTURE
THE POLITICAL SITUATION IN 1717...
Most literature, dealing with the history of the formation of the first Grand Lodge in England in 1717, makes little or no mention of the political situation that existed at that time. A reader could be forgiven for coming to the conclusion that organised Freemasonry was born in a vacuum and was completely apolitical.
This conclusion is dispelled in this excellent lecture presented by RW Bro Bill Hibbard, PGW at the July, 2016 meeting of the Research Lodge of Wellington.

In this thought provoking short lecture from WBro Geoff Davies, PGD he proposes that the Research Lodge of Wellington should have a Mission Statement, and that it should be based on the Education Pillar in the Craft’s Strategic Direction which states that: "We will provide the means and the environment in which brethren can improve their knowledge, capability, under-standing and their appreciation of Freemasonry"
